   活在當下。
這四個字看過好多次了，到底是什麼意思呢，竟然這樣反覆印入眼裡。
嗯…，哼…。
承認自己帶著恐懼活著，深怕做錯事、說錯話、傷了他人，輪迴到後來會給自己帶來慘憺的…。
就這樣反覆地沉浮在這鍋玉米濃湯裏面，愈掙扎、好像愈望下沉，比不過一粒火腿。       

「放下吧。」

到底追求的是快樂，快樂只能靠自己去追尋-找快樂的過程快樂，就很滿足。
